Air Traffic Services Provider Awards Atlas Canada a Prominent Industry Accolade

Fred HaladayFor the third time since 2011, Atlas Canada was recognized for its outstanding service by NAV CANADA at their 14th Annual Supplier Performance Awards of Excellence on October 21 in Ottawa. Each year, NAV CANADA narrows the award prospects down to a select few companies from the more than 4,000 suppliers with whom they conduct business. Atlas Canada was identified as one of the eight winners.

Each winner selected showed exceptional performance scores and reviews from NAV CANADA’s functional groups. Neil Wilson, Executive Vice President, Administration and General Counsel at NAV CANADA spoke on behalf of the company, providing keynote remarks. “Over the past decade, we have strived to maintain the top levels of safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in air navigation,” he said. “None of our success would be possible without the support and collaboration of our suppliers.”

“Atlas Canada is the industry leader in relocation and it’s an honor to be recognized in this manner,” said Fred Haladay, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Atlas Canada. “After partnering with NAV CANADA nine years ago, we are continuously looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and this award is a great supporter of that pledge.”

Atlas Canada is no stranger to providing superior customer service, as it leads the “No Stranger in Your Home” program. This particular nationwide initiative ensures background checks for Atlas employees, seasonal workers, and third-party contractors, reiterating its commitment for quality, trusted service.
