GLOBAL, FULL SERVICE PERSONAL STORAGE COMPANY, GETSTORED, HAS FORMED A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH ATLAS® WORLD GROUP
GetStored, a global, full service personal storage company, has announced a strategic alliance with Atlas® World Group and the U.S. and Canadian agents of its subsidiary, Atlas® Van Lines. This partnership brings together advanced marketing tools dedicated to the $39 billion storage industry with the footprint of 430 locations and nearly 20 million square feet of warehousing capacity to service the opportunities.
“The storage market has long been the sole domain of the do-it-yourself self-storage garages,” according to Jim Petzel CEO of GetStored, Americas. “Our goal is to provide true service to the one in ten American homes that utilize storage as an extension of their house and take the hassle out of the process. The self-storage market is highly decentralized with 85% of the market controlled by brands with three or less locations making it ripe for disruption. The new GetStored with Atlas website launched in mid-July and takes aim at the storage industry. The Atlas agent network will be the exclusive providers of services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
