ATLAS® VAN LINES NAMES 2021 MILTON M. HILL QUALITY AWARD WINNERS
EVANSVILLE, IND. – (November 8, 2021) – Industry-leading relocation company, Atlas® Van Lines, has named 52 of its esteemed moving agent recipients of the annual Milton M. Hill Quality Award. Those honored have demonstrated consistent success in creating harmonious moving experiences for their customers by demonstrating industry superiority and the highest levels of customer service quality. As members of the Atlas network, these agents have demonstrated their commitment to outstanding warehousing and hauling operations, earning them one of the industry's highest honors.
While many are facing problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Atlas agents are persevering and not letting obstacles get in the way of their excellent work.

- Hauling excellence — Agents qualify for this award based on customer service provided by their professional van operators and by meeting hauling revenue requirements.
- World-class commitment — Recipients are measured on 12 standards, including customer service, customer satisfaction, estimating accuracy, claims ratio and compliance with Atlas' standards of excellence.
