Atlas World Group, Inc. Acquires TopHAT Logistical Solutions
EVANSVILLE, IND. – (February 17, 2020) – Atlas World Group, Inc., which is comprised of a portfolio of companies that delivers transportation and related services globally through a network of agents and select service partners, is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Atlas Logistics Inc., has acquired TopHAT Logistical Solutions of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
TopHAT is a $50 million full service logistics company that specializes in retail home delivery. The company oversees the delivery, transportation and warehousing operations for many leading retailers. Similar to Atlas, the company’s mission is centered around customer service for its clients’ unique needs.

There will also be meaningful opportunities for the Atlas agency network to provide warehousing, final mile delivery and labor services to TopHAT.
