Jim Gaw appointed vice president, general manager of AWG International, Inc.

SEATTLE, Wash. – Seattle-based AWG International, Inc. has appointed Jim Gaw to vice president, general manager. AWG International, an affiliate of Atlas Van Lines, manages 7,000 international moves annually for corporations, government and military personnel. Gaw will be responsible for leading the development of the organization.

Gaw previously served as vice president of business development for AWG International. For the previous 12 years, he held numerous management positions with leading international van lines.

"His significant agent and customer relationships within Atlas coupled with his understanding of the evolving international military process make him the ideal candidate to lead AWG International."

Gaw is a graduate of Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Ill. He is a member of the International Association of Movers and former executive committee member, and serves as vice chairman of the American Moving and Storage Association's International Committee.
