EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Atlas Van Lines has recognized Nelson Westerberg, an Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based agent with this year's Sales Growth Award, given to the Atlas agent with the most dramatic increase in sales over the previous year. The award will be presented at the 60th annual Atlas Convention, held Nov. 7-10 in Orlando, Fla.

"Atlas' sales growth award is definitely a measure of success – but it's representative of much more than an agent's increase in sales," said Glen Dunkerson, president and chief operating officer of Atlas Van Lines. "Agents like Nelson Westerberg must exceed current customer satisfaction levels and develop new relationships and new opportunities in order to succeed."

In addition to its Elk Grove Village location, Nelson Westerberg has offices in Mableton, Ga., Somerville, N.J., and Carrollton, Texas. Founded in 1904, it joined the Atlas family in 1960.

Agents qualify for this award based on their sales increase over the previous convention year, which runs July 1 through June 30.
