EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Atlas Van Lines has recruited Stephen Watson to serve as its training director and expand its corporate training program.
Watson brings more than 10 years of experience in operations and training in the logistics industry. Serving on the Atlas training team, Watson will work to provide innovative training solutions, integrate training programs into processes and implement measurement and quality standards for training.

Watson will facilitate leadership and management development curricula associated with Atlas' training program. Atlas provides classroom instruction, individual coaching, webinars, video-based training and the online Atlas Academy.
Watson, a native of Sebago Lake, Maine, most recently worked for Premier MSS as a training manager. Prior to that he was employed by FedEx and served in the U.S. Navy from 1988-1996. He holds a B.S. in business management/professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
