CINCINNATI — G&M Moving and Storage Inc., an Atlas Van Lines agent located in Cincinnati, Ohio, has announced a change in ownership. The agency was purchased by two individuals: David Wissel, a 20-year moving and storage industry veteran; and David Reed, who has extensive experience in commercial real estate management.
"Atlas agents across the United States bring a personalized approach to their clients," said Glen Dunkerson, president and chief operating officer of Atlas Van Lines. "We're confident that G&M Moving and Storage will continue to be known for its quality service and high standards under Mr. Wissel and Mr. Reed's leadership."
G&M Moving and Storage is a full-service relocation company. The agency provides packing, protected storage, and local, long-distance and international transportation services. G&M owns a 39,250-square-foot warehouse. In addition, the agency is a Registered International Mover, accredited by the American Moving and Storage Association.
Wissel and Reed will work closely with G&M's former owner, Virgil Miller, to ensure a smooth transition.
"We want our clients to receive the best service possible," said Wissel, new co-owner of G&M Moving and Storage. "Atlas' commitment to quality fits well with our own philosophies. David Reed and I will work closely with Virgil Miller as we take the reins to ensure that current and new clients receive service that reflects Atlas' high standards."
