EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Atlas Van Lines, Inc. has promoted Glen Dunkerson to president and chief operating officer.
Dunkerson began his career with Atlas in 1978, and has extensive experience in the household goods and specialized transportation industries. In 1991, he became vice president of claims administration at Atlas and in 1998 was named vice president of operations for Atlas' Specialized Transportation Group. He has been senior vice president and general manager of Atlas' Specialized Transportation Group since 2001.
