EVANSVILLE, IN -- Atlas World Group officials introduced a new subsidiary, Avail Resource Management, to its agents and others attending the company's annual convention in Orlando, Florida, this week.
Atlas Chairman and CEO Mike Shaffer said, "The addition of Avail Resource Management to the relocation strategy at Atlas World Group is yet another way for us to respond to the growing needs of our customers, and to provide them with the best tools available in the corporate relocation process."
Developed by Atlas Senior Vice Presidents Dennie Lynn and Greg Hoover, Avail Resource Management will provide services that allow move managers to outsource the human resource task of move management. "Avail focuses on delivering the fundamental services that the marketplace seeks through two core components: customer focused communication, supported by web-based state of the art technology," says Lynn.
Hoover, named as the President of the new company, says "Avail Resource Management offers start to finish household relocation services — from the initiation of the order to shipping coordination, communication of delivery dates, scheduling issues, web-based tracking, post move analysis and performance measurement. This service brings improved efficiency to the human resource process and provides greater satisfaction to the customers."
The company will also offer such support functions as pricing analysis, contract negotiation, and the development and administration of proposal and bid processes.
