EVANSVILLE, IND. (April 16, 2015) — Atlas Van Lines is heading west to host its 48th Annual Forum. The event will take place April 23-24 at The Westin located in the historic Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego and bring together hundreds of the country's leading corporate relocation and mobility professionals.
Atlas Forum is a must-attend event for industry professionals because of the presented topics, timely speakers, breakout learning sessions and relationship-strengthening events. For those focused on mobility, the event is one of the best opportunities to connect with others, share best practices and learn from peers.
"The event gives attendees the chance to discuss the issues that affect them, share challenges and successes, and explore ways to enhance service delivery and business performance," said Glen Dunkerson, chairman and CEO of Atlas World Group. "Our team has planned what will undoubtedly be a memorable event, and we look forward to experiencing it with our friends and colleagues."
Forum 2015 will begin April 23 with a welcome speech by Glen Dunkerson. Immediately following breakfast will be an information session led by speaker Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy, as she aims to inspire fearless leadership and increased team performance. The first day will continue with various roundtable discussions and a keynote speech by former Mayor of New York City, Rudolph W. Giuliani. Guests can plan to look forward to after-hours entertainment at San Diego's famous dueling piano bar, The Shout House.
Forum 2015 will conclude on April 24 with breakfast and a call to order from Atlas president and COO, Jack Griffin. After breakfast, the event's final guest speaker, Ed Hochuli, founding partner in the Phoenix law firm of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, will speak on his extensive career as a transportation defense attorney and experience working as an NFL referee.
