EVANSVILLE, IND. (November 19, 2015) - Atlas World Group, the parent company of leading mover Atlas Van Lines, announces today that James K. McMurray has joined the company as vice president and general counsel. In his new role, McMurray will be responsible for all legal matters involving the corporation and its subsidiaries.
For the past 14 years, McMurray worked for Evansville-based Springleaf Financial Services, most recently serving as deputy general counsel. His responsibilities included litigation, employment law and intellectual property matters.
Prior to Springleaf, he served as a litigation attorney at several national law firms, specializing in commercial litigation and class action defense.
